How are Ravine Home pieces made?
Each piece in the Ravine Home collection was designed and developed by Modsy’s in-house product development team. Experts in their field, this team has decades of experience in furniture design, manufacturing, and sourcing. From fabric selection to style direction, cushion fill, and more, Modsy’s team of experts developed each detail of the Ravine Home collection based on feedback from thousands of customers. All Ravine Home pieces are custom-built and made to order by craftsmen in California using American and imported materials.
How will my Ravine Home piece be delivered?
All Ravine Home pieces will be delivered to your home via White Glove delivery service. The piece will be delivered to your door, brought to the room of your choice, assembled (if necessary), and all packaging waste will be removed and disposed of.
How much does White Glove delivery cost?
White glove delivery is included as a flat fee with all Ravine Home purchases. The fee for delivery is based on the cost of your item as follows:
Pieces under $450: $99 flat delivery fee, per item.
Pieces between $450 and $999: $129 flat delivery fee, per item.
Pieces over $999: $199 flat delivery fee, per item.

White Glove delivery service.
Room placement choice.
Assembly of the piece.
Removal of packaging.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on your location, shipping your custom-built furniture piece will take as little as 1 week or up to 5 weeks for more remote locations. Following a purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order along with your expected ship date.
Can I pick the delivery date and time?
Yes! You’ll have the opportunity to schedule a date for in-home delivery with the White Glove delivery service. Once your piece is ready to be delivered our team will contact you to schedule your delivery date. Please note, persons accepting the delivery must be 18 years of age.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number from the White Glove delivery service which you can use to track the status of your Ravine Home piece.
Can I change or cancel my delivery date?
Deliveries must be rescheduled 3 days prior to your scheduled delivery date to avoid a $35 rescheduling fee.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently only able to ship Ravine Home within the contiguous United States.
Do you offer financing?
We do not offer financing directly through www.ravinehome.com at this time. If you are a Modsy customer and would like to finance the item, please place your order through your Modsy Studio where you will also have the benefit of virtually seeing your new piece in your exact room.
Does delivery include set-up?
Yes! All Ravine Home deliveries include White Glove delivery, room placement choice, assembly of the piece and removal of packaging.
What do I do if the furniture does not fit in my house?
We are unable to accept returns for items that do not fit in your home. We strongly recommend measuring your entry points to ensure your new piece will fit through the door. Please refer to our Ravine Home fit guide for helpful measuring tips.
How do I cancel my order?
After purchasing a Ravine Home piece, we offer a 48-hour window (after you place your order) in which you can cancel or modify your order with no penalties. After the 48 hour period, any changes or cancellations will incur a 25% processing fee and will be treated as a return. Please see our return policy below for further details.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60 day risk-free trial with all Ravine Home purchases. That means you have 60 days to binge-watch, snuggle, and test out your new Ravine Home piece, risk-free. If you decide it’s not going to work out, you can get a refund (minus a 25% return processing fee) by donating your Ravine Home piece to a 501c3 tax-exempt organization of your choice. Our team is here to help and will happily work with you to find the most convenient way to donate your item. Simply send us proof of your donation at email@example.com and we’ll issue your refund.
What happens if my piece arrives damaged?
We work very closely with our furniture delivery specialist to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will replace your item free of charge.
What does your warranty cover?
Limited Lifetime Warranty – Frames & Springs: Frames, spring systems, motion mechanisms, and specific fixtures are under warranty to be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product. Limited Lifetime Warranty is equal to seven (7) years.
1-Year Limited Warranty on Innerspring Mattresses & Mechanisms: Sleep sofa innerspring mattresses are under warranty to be free from manufacturing defects and against the loss of foam resiliency for one (1) year (this includes, but may not be limited to, swivel bases, swivel/rocker bases, and sleep sofa mechanisms).
Limited Lifetime Warranty – Cushion Cores: Foam cores under warranty are to be free from manufacturing defects and against the loss of foam resiliency for 1 year of the product’s life, with validation of normal wear and tear and confirmation by the manufacturer of resiliency loss. Feather soft cushions consist of a 1.8 density foam core wrapped with super-soft foam, surrounded by a balanced blend of down, feather and multi-denier polyester fiber, encased in a channeled down-proof ticking. While this breathable ticking is down-proof and creates a feather barrier, feathers will poke through the fabric from time-to-time. This is considered normal performance and is not a defect. Feather soft cushions are under warranty against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year.
One (1) Year Limited Warranty – fabrics, filling materials & fastenings: Upholstery fabrics, including slipcovers, are under warranty for one (1) year against seam slippage, fraying and dye transfer, but only if any cleaning conforms to industry standard methods. This warranty does not cover wearing, wrinkling, fading, pilling or fabric that has been treated with a dealer or consumer applied soil repellent. Foam filling materials are under warranty for one (1) year.
How do I see a Ravine Home piece in my home before I purchase it?

If you are an existing Modsy customer there are a few ways to see a Ravine Home pieces in your space:
1) Open up your Modsy Studio and click “request changes.” From there, tell us what sofa or chair you’d like to see in your room and we’ll send you a new design with the requested piece.
2) Add a Ravine Home piece to your Modsy Studio using the 3D Style Editor (search “Ravine Home”) or swap one in using the Live Swap feature.
3) Email our team at email@example.com and tell us what sofa or chair you’d like to see in your space and we’ll happily show it to you in a new design.

What child and pet-friendly or fabrics do you recommend?
Our fabrics were designed specifically to support the lives of real people and real-life situations. From wagging tails to messy hands, Ravine Home pieces can take anything life throws their way. All fabrics are pet and child-friendly (unless otherwise noted), meaning they’re durable and easy to maintain.
All our fabrics have a minimum double rub count of 15,000 and many options exceed that with a double rub count of 100,000. These fabrics are designed to offer maximum durability without showing signs of wear; making them ideal for busy homes and homes with pets.
For easier maintenance, we choose fabrics that don't require professional cleaning. Our fabrics are either cleaning codes W or SW or S which means you can tackle the stains with a water-based cleaner or water-free solvent.
