Ravine Home sofas and chairs are shipped via a trusted White Glove delivery service. Customers are charged a flat fee for delivery based on the cost of their item.

Pricing is as follows
- Anything under $450, delivery is $99
- Anything between $450 and $999, delivery is $129
- Anything over $999, delivery is $199

Notifications and delivery scheduling
- Customers will receive a notification email confirming the order, expected ship date and indicating that the customer has 48 hours to cancel or modify their order with no penalties. (a link to a page that indicates how to cancel or make changes). It will also note that a local delivery carrier will contact the customer to schedule and confirm a delivery date and time about a week prior to the arrival date.
- Once the order arrives at the delivery hub, the customer will receive a call to schedule delivery. Time frames are routed geographically and cannot be changed.
- Once a product has shipped, delivery time frames vary depending on a customer’s geographic location spanning 1-5 weeks.
- Deliveries must be changed or cancelled 3 days before your scheduled delivery date to avoid a $35 rescheduling fee.
- If you miss your delivery, storage fees may apply.
- Persons accepting delivery must be at least 18 years of age.

Upon placement of your custom order, you have 48 hours to make any cancellations or changes without a fee. After that period and changes will incur a 15% production fee.
